Shop Policies and FAQ'a

Canopy Information

·       All Canopies are UV50 for ultimate sun protection as well as fade proof
·       All fabric is custom printed to order in small shops in the USA
·       Full canopy will cover both sides of the wagon
·       3-piece canopies: half canopy plus 2 side panels for flexible shade
·       All canopies are machine washable on gentle and can be air dried
·       All prices include standard shipping
·       Turn-around time includes time for me to order and receive custom printed fabric as well as time to sew

 

Cancellations: 

·       There is a 24-hour timeframe to cancel your order for a full refund. After that 24-hour window, I am unable to provide a full refund due to having ordered the custom fabric, cutting your fabric specific to your order or having sewn your item
·       If you must cancel your order after the 24-hour window, there will be a $25 restocking fee
·       Custom orders are also not eligible for return or refund unless there was an error on my part.

Shipping: 

·       Please ensure that all information is correct when placing your order. I am not responsible for incorrect details or change of address once the item is shipped
·       I am not responsible for delays in delivery once it is dropped off at the post office nor for lost or stolen packages. For these issues, please contact your local post office
If there is a lost package, you can let me know once you file a claim and I am able to file a claim from my end as well and am happy to do so

 

FAQ's

·       Not responsible for any unraveling after washing, storing or snagging. Each canopy is inspected upon completion and prior to being shipped.
·        If snagging happens or stitches come out and you would like a repair, I am happy to do so. Shipping cost would be your responsibility
·       Both sides of the canopy will be facing the correct way with a printed seam only (this means no sewn seam for directional prints. Printed seam will be on the top/middle of the canopy once put on the wagon)
·       Canopies are meant to be snug fitting, this is okay. This is to prevent any sagging or bagginess of the canopy
·       All of fabric is custom ordered and handmade and with that comes slight variation in color, shape and size. These variations do not affect the quality or integrity of the product
Keep in mind that each monitor/screen can show variations in color appearance based on settings/brightness etc. This can alter the way colors look between screen and once printed.
